DISCOUNT CODES

Offers cannot be combined.  Only one code can be used per offer on our website and cannot be applied to bundle deals/sale items.

ORDER PROCESSING

Due to COVID-19 and staggered office hours, normal orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving them. SALE orders are processed within 7-10 business days.  Please note: Processing timeframes doesn't include shipping timeframe.  Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with tracking information.  We do not send tracking information unless your order has been prepared for shipping.


Hours of Operation are Mon-Friday 8am -6pm. We are closed on Saturdays & Sundays as well as Federal Holidays. If order is placed after business hours processing time will begin on the next business day.

 

LOST/DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure the correct address is given at the time the order was placed. If tracking is showing that it was delivered and you didn’t receive it, contact USPS to file a claim, we will be happy to assist you with this.

If your packaged arrived and product is damaged please send us an email immediately with photo included to orders@baskandbloomessentials.com  We will get a replacement sent out as soon as possible.
