ORDER PROCESSING

Our normal processing time is 3-4 business days. Please allow 5-8 business days of processing during HOLIDAY SEASON and SALES.
Hours of Operation are Mon-Friday 8am -6pm. We are closed on Saturdays & Sundays as well as Federal Holidays. If order is placed after business hours processing time will begin on the next business day.

SHIPPING/RETURN POLICY

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), which will include Insurance up to $50 in value. Once order is ready for processing an email will be sent out with tracking information.

We are committed to our customers’ satisfaction, however due to the nature in creating our products in small batches without tons of preservatives, we cannot accept any returns or offer any refunds. All Sales Are Final. We will be happy to discuss our products with you to ensure the best results are being achieved and suggest contacting us before placing an order if you have any questions.  Please review all ingredients in case of allergies and other current health related issues.

LOST/DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure the correct address is given at the time the order was placed. If tracking is showing that it was delivered and you didn’t receive it, contact USPS to file a claim, we will be happy to assist you with this.

If your packaged arrived and product is damaged please send us an email immediately with photo included to orders@baskandbloomessentials.com.  We will get a replacement sent out as soon as possible.
